Please include your name and address as it appears on the e-mail or postal mail you received from us and indicate "Do not contact me by (e-mail) or (mail)."

Please note, however, such requests may take up to 72 hours to be effective. In addition, if you ask us to remove your name and address from our e-mail or postal mailing lists, we will have to maintain your name in a "do not contact" file to ensure that we can honor your request.
